Foot.01

The rubber foot provides a sturdy and high-grip contact point for the base of the cooler. The feet lift the base up from the outside ground surface, helping to minimize thermal transfer through the base of the product.

The Foot.01 design relies on a combination of quarter turn fastening into the base plate and adhesive to safely secure the part. Because of the adhesive, this part is currently not easily user-servicable. In the event of a rubber foot loosening from the base of the product, a new rubber foot design can be sent out as a replacement that sits securely in the base plate and does not require glueing.
